Middus got a reaction from Sophie7713 in Would you do it again?I've ended up on GLP-1s because insurance didn't want to cover revision surgery after a massive regain. I regret nothing and would gladly have taken a revision, even an RNY.

Approaching 10 years post op. Was not given any such warnings after my surgery. I take at least 2 cups of coffee on most week days and one on the weekends. The only negative is perhaps that coffee inhibits iron absorption. Something I discovered 6 years late! I now space my coffee intake well away from my iron supplementation.

my six months post op shot. The first is from about a year ago, at my heaviest; the second is about a month post op; the third is today!!
