I had to do 6 months of "documented, non surgical weight loss efforts"

So basically 6 months of monthly weigh ins.

I had to do a monthly visit with my PCP for 4 months. The day I left my PCP office, I called surgeon office (while still sitting in parking lot [emoji6]) and schedule an appointment. Once paperwork was submitted I was officially approved for procedure in 3 days!
