Didn't notice my weight loss

I've been getting lots of compliments on how I look now and how I'm doing a great job on my weight loss but I haven't noticed it. The other day I decided to take some side by side photos and it wasn't until then that I noticed it. Just wondering do anyone else feel the same way?!!!IMG_0239.thumb.JPG.5b1270ddcc3046bc96a7129c5005ca78.JPGIMG_0241.thumb.JPG.b827e08a2d45ee2a54d266a5f496ea44.JPG

I'm glad that you noticed! You know, I do believe that sometimes we are our own worst critic.

Keep up the awesome work!

You look great! I can't tell I've lost 30 lbs but my husband says he can see it.

You are doing great! I know what you mean though. Though my clothes were looser I didn't REALLY notice either. Now, I am stopping to examine everything so I can be more present in the journey and celebrate my successes.

Keep up the good work. Many times, we are the last ones to notice. I think perhaps it's because we constantly adjust the way we think we look.

Great job! You look great! I could kinda tell for myself there were changes but i couldn't see how big they were until my boyfriend made a side by side for me and sent it in a text and said "next time you feel discouraged or like there hasn't been any change, just look at this picture. You've come a long way." He always tells me how proud he is of me and how great i look. It's really helped my confidence. It's also reassuring because other people keep commenting on my weight-loss. It's weird because i still barely feel or see myself as much different either but we see ourselves every day. Just keep doing what you're doing and you'll see the results yourself soon too and it'll only motivate you. Keep up the great work hun!

You're an inspiration!!! Thanks for posting the pics. I can never see my loss and don't feel like I look much different....but know my clothes fit much better. That's a start ;-)

Hello I'm new to this group I just had WLS on this pass Thursday !

Congratulations. I was supposed to be sleeved yesterday. It's been postponed until 4/25. A little disappointing.. but I'm fine... How are you feeling?

You look great. I feel the same as you. I still feel bigger and when I see myself in a mirror I just stare because I don't recognize the person looking back at me.

Thanks!! I think we all have that problem where we just don't see ourselves as others do!! Keep going and I'm sure you'll notice it too
