    Help with Vitamins!!!!!

I made my own protein shakes in the morning with water, protein powder and maybe 3 or 4 strawberries and I put the vitamins in the blender with it and blended it with the shake. It also gave it a good flavor.

    Menstrual cycle changes

I have the Mirena as well. I had already discussed this with my obgyn before the surgery and she told me that it would be crazy until I reach my goal weight. It seems like with every 10lbs I loose it comes back. I only have the Mirena to regulate me because my tubes are burned and I must say it's doing good so far. Haven't had any crazy spells as far as bleeding a lot of days nonstop but it comes earlier now.
  4. I've been getting lots of compliments on how I look now and how I'm doing a great job on my weight loss but I haven't noticed it. The other day I decided to take some side by side photos and it wasn't until then that I noticed it. Just wondering do anyone else feel the same way?!!!

    Forgetful on Vitamins

Try crushing them in a homemade smoothie. That's what I do and it seems to work well for me.
  12. Thank you!!! I believe that as well!!
  13. I had my surgery December 5th. Ive been at a stall for about 3 weeks now. I've gotten down to 312 lbs and cannot seem to get passed this number. I'm starting to get depressed because I feel like I should be under 300lbs now. I've spoken with several people that have had the surgery and they said that it could be that I am not having a bowel movement regular. Have anyone else experience this? What can I do to get the numbers moving again? Hw:350 Sw:323 Cw:312 Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    One week post op

The first thing I can tell you is to hide the scale because all of us get addicted to stepping on the scale almost everyday. It's wayyy too early for you to be concerned with that. I am going through the stall phase now and have been for 3 weeks now. We have to understand that our body has just gone through a dramatic change and it's trying to figure some things out. Once your body starts realizing what's going on then it will start to function the way it needs to. Just keep trying to get as much Protein as you can in and you will start seeing the numbers decreasing again. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    How much to eat?

I was like that too. I was able to drink more Water after a week actually. I think because it's only liquids that's why you're able to take in more but when you graduate to the soft stage believe me your stomach will tell you when you've had enough. I'm feeling that now and I'm 4 weeks post op. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

    Reason for stalling

@@LittleLizzieLilliput I have noticed that my clothes are fitting better now. I'm actually down two pant sizes so that is a plus. So I will keep on the diet and patiently wait. Thanks for the advice!!! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  22. The thing that was most uncomfortable for me was the nauseous feeling. If you've had a child or children then trust me that pain is nothing. Also you have to realize that everybody body is different and everyone's toleration for pain is different as well so what may be painful to one person may not be anything to you Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
