Hello all

I had my second fill yesterday and i don't feel much of a restriction but I stop myself from eating because I'm scared to cause any problems. Also, how do I know if it's tight? I keep belching here and there. I had surgery February 10th and I'm down 19 pounds. Lastly, how do you know when you've hit the restriction spot?

I'm on my 3rd fill and I only lost 22lbs. If you haven't vomit yet you are doing good. lol! I believe your body will tell you what is going on, please trust your body. If you never knew yourself you will now.

I would also like for the "Guru's" to tell us how we know when we reached our sweet spot, I am still hungry, had my third fill this morning and am currently at 5.2cc's in a 10cc band. The dr told me he has seen a lot of success in those with a 10cc band at 5-6cc's, he said some go to 7cc's before they experience true restriction, hope this one will make a difference, lost 5 lbs, said that was very good, guess it just seems very very slow...

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
