I love the Premier Protein shakes! I have four flavors and I like them all. Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberries and Cream and Bananas and Cream.

I like the sugar-free carnation instant breakfast shakes... my NUT recommended them since I wasn't crazy about the taste (or smell) of the others. They are by far the most realistic tasting flavors I have had & 13G of protein per serving!! To top it off depending on your store you can purchase them for about 70 cents a serving... that's a HUGE savings!!

If you'll use Fairlife milk at 13 gm protein per cup you'll up that Carnation Breakfast shake to 26 gms of protein instead of the 21 with regular milk!

I've had a really hard time finding protein drinks that don't taste awful to me. Premier isn't too bad, and I like the Syntrax Nectar lemonade flavor (I mix it with water or decaf iced tea).

Premier Protein is what I use. It is not too bad but it does the trick.

Atkins lift protein water, body of fortresses, and muscle milk is my to go to protein.
