How soon after surgery did you have sex?

Im just curious as to when you return to normal sexual activities following surgery. My discharge papers from the hospital said "sexual activity- ok". I couldn't imagine having or wanting sex leaving the hospital or even 4 to 5 days out now...My energy level is coming back but zero interest in sex so far.

Felt like you do, but attempted 2 weeks out and felt it the next day so waited another week and seemed to be better. I'm 3 months post op as of yesterday and life is good now!:)

I'm post op day 5 and I am so sure it's not gonna be for a minute lol poor hubs! lol I think most major surgeries they suggest 6 weeks and most folks wait half that so " go with your gut girl" I'm more worried about the new sounds and the fear of so much clapping it will sound like a live audience lol ..

We waited 2 weeks... which is a long time for us!

4 1/2 months lol
