  1. Me too. Has my 6 month post op with my surgeon/Doctor yesterday and he said this is normal and being under a year will definitely lose more weight. However it is most important to keep to the water, protein, and liquid requirements along with consistency on this and vitamins. As long as you are feeling more energy and clothes are fitting better the weigh is coming off so don't focus on the scale so much. I only weigh myself ONCE a week and stick to my workout regiment but also I have challenged myself here by downloading Aaptiv. All the best and we will do great!
  2. Thanks I appreciate that!!! It's coming soon for you too[emoji847]
  3. Thanks for the reply! Yeah they sent me the sample but I didn't like the aftertaste. It was like I could taste the metals or something. I was hopeful I would like it for that major benefit! So yesterday I ordered the Multi with Iron capsules and now just have to take calcium with it. So hopefully this works until they come out with a similar capsule version:) if not I will have to suck it up and take the chewable because I'm tired of 6 vitamins a day! Haha my calcium alert is going off now so gotta go:) lol THANKS FOR THE REPLY!!!
  4. Hey Everyone! I'm looking to go from 6 vitamins a day to 1 or 2 Currently I use Bariatric Advantage chewy's and would like to stay on a chewy if possible but much rather find an all in one vitamin as the priority. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you!
  5. Thank you, so appreciate that! Will do and you too[emoji4]
  6. Thanks I needed to hear this too! Yes my house, especially bathroom looked the same. I can tell I'm at the tail end. I'm a little past 6 months. So by month 7 hope this is a done deal!
  7. Thank you and congrats too!
  8. Thank you! Stay inspired! You got this!
  9. Awe wow I truly appreciate every word!!! You are incredible too!!!!! This isn't an easy decision or journey as we know. Please know I have had my share of stalls too and they are frustrating but you have to TRUST THE PROCESS, remain committed and most of all CONSISTENT. Haha there aren't any secrets but I've been consistent in working out 4-5 days a week for an hour. Mostly cardio (treadmill, elliptical, & stair master) up till now. Been adding weights the last couple weeks. I take my vitamins religiously, as I've set alarms on my phone so I don't forget. I do my best to hit my daily protein and fluid goals. Honestly I don't track them but feel pretty confident in my mindfulness with them. I hit my fluid goals majority of days and pretty close to my protein goals most days. I try to add protein shakes to ensure I hit goals using the bariatric advantage that has double the protein. Hope this helps and remember YOU GOT THIS!!!!!![emoji847]
  10. Good for you for realizing this and just like you I have fallen off to and experienced disappointments along with every emotion you have had I'm sure I've had too as well as majority of us. Just remember to always get back in the track and talk back to any negative thoughts with positive thoughts and talk. It really does seem just like yesterday I had this surgery and had to battle those first few months. It felt like it was going to take forever but I promise you are next to make a similar post[emoji6] You got this!!!!!!
  11. Awe thanks much appreciate this and cheers to you too!
  12. Haha thank you so much!!!
  13. My pleasure and wishing you all the very best!!!
  14. Eggs rarely if ever agree with me and I'm 6 months post op. I use to eat eggs regularly but can barely stomach them. Been good with ground beef. If something doesn't agree with me that feeling passed after 2-3 hours.
