    You really have inspried me as it has been a tough week and need a positive focus. I am 2 month post op and 19kg lighter but yesterday I was struggling. Dealing with the emotional change and hurdles of my job this week I lost sight of my end goal so thank you for the reminder. Have a great week, take care and Well done. You look fantastic??

    Now...you have to tell your secrets :) like what does your program look like? How much exercise have you done, fluids, etc etc- I'm so frustrated so I'd love to learn from the old pro here :)
