The weight loss cha-cha

Recommended Posts

I saw this picture and it really resonated with me. There are going to be days when you fall off plan a little bit but all you need to do is get back on that train. I wanted to share this because I think everyone can relate!

This weekend I know I fell off a little bit, traveling is always extra hard on me but today is a new day! I'm back on plan and ready to take on some healthy meals.

Onward and downward! ;)

Great post! I concur that we will take steps in both directions, but let's keep dancing. The end result will be a lower overall number. I travel for work and understand the challenges. I just returned from a business trip and my biggest challenge is still business lunches. I feel that I made good choices, but the scale won't lie :)

@DebSmiles I'm ready for a dance party! ;) I can't imagine how hard it must be to travel for work! I just went to visit my sister for the weekend and I'm also going away this coming weekend to visit my friend. I'm going to try and cook more this coming weekend though! The scale will definitely be the judge of what I ate! I weighed myself when I got home and I lost a pound from when I left but I know weight doesn't get added right away! :(

Here's another good one:

Giving up on a goal because of a setback is like slashing your other 3 tires because you got a flat.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
