Loosing 141.9LBS in less than a year has totally taken a toll on this 5'3" body! Needless to say, I feel AMAZING! But really boobs?! They look like prunes!

I am embracing it all! From each stretch mark to my pool of excess skin

I've lost 150 lbs and joke with my husband and sisters how I now have deflated balloons. But I'm ok with that. My health is more important and they would have probably ended up looking that way anyways as I get older. I at least have a war story and I'm winning the fight.

Hello love [emoji173]️
Yes you are very right! Being healthy is more important than perky boobies! I am actually going to start doing some chest workouts to see where that takes me [emoji16]. Congratulations on your success and God bless you doll! [emoji1374][emoji173]️

Congratulations on your weight loss! I was contemplating on doing that but I'm not done with having children so I have to wait for at least 5 years lol my surgeon wants to submit me for skin removal but I don't want that. I'm doing Brazilian JiuJitsu for toning up and I love it! [emoji173]️ God bless [emoji1374][emoji4]

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
