I need a workout plan!

Recommended Posts

Omg, I can't get anywhere because I can't make my mind up about a plan. I want to start off 3-4 a week with weights included but I'm also bad at eating because I'm picky and lazy. Please someone help me with a plan or two and motivation. I'm starting to feel discourage

I plan to walk, at first. I would love to find somewhere to swim, but there doesn't seem to be anyplace around me that's good for that. I think once I'm cleared to workout again, I might get a membership at planet fitness. A friend of mine works out there too, along with one of her coworkers that was also sleeved, so I might even have some buddies. Not sure if that will help me motivationally-wise. I'm also thinking of getting a personal trainer to help me learn how to properly do weights and the like.

But my bigger plan is in August I get my puppy, and we plan on doing a lot of walking and playing with him/her, even in the cold of winter!

I walk but I fell recently and hurt my right knee and it's been rough trying to keep up so far my mind is ahead of where my body is in terms of working out or being active even in my down time my mind is like get up and go walk or do something active and it's just not the case my body just can't keep up lol

going to incorporate some jump rope or some basic kalestinics in the morning to help get me back to where I was

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
