  2. Hi, so I'm tcc and I'm noticing that I'm queasy a lot but I can't really decipher my hunger, low energy (not much), etc from the changes of the wls and pregnancy. I have 3 kids prior to wls and remember some key points that made me realize I was pregnant before a test. See after the surgery, on my menstrual days I now cramp and can feel ovulation. Mainly because of the about of weight I lost. But I want to know from moms before wls and pregnant now if you understand what I'm saying and if you knew you were pregnant before the test or atleast had a strong feeling.
  3. Thank you. I need to do that. I also will incorporate the battle rope I just bought. I just want something simple. ☺️

  10. Omg, I can't get anywhere because I can't make my mind up about a plan. I want to start off 3-4 a week with weights included but I'm also bad at eating because I'm picky and lazy. Please someone help me with a plan or two and motivation. I'm starting to feel discourage Sent from my SM-N910V using the BariatricPal App

  15. Well I would call my ins company to see if they have a sleep study that they cover. If so, I would get that appt or just bug the mess out the sleep study place. They will get tired of you calling Sent from my SM-N910V using the BariatricPal App
  16. I know its frustrating. Can you do another one at another study? If you were on a 6 month thing you may also have to start the process all over. Try calling your insurance yourself and also have them recommend another place to do your study Sent from my SM-N910V using the BariatricPal App
