Hi, guys. Just wanted to share a progress pic and celebrate with you all. Went to the sleep doctor today, and for the first time ever, I didn't dread stepping on the scale.

I enjoy moving more and have so much energy.

You all gave me tons of candid insight into the process - thank you! Was a great choice for me.

It's going well. I followed the first six weeks strictly and now am low-carb/high-Protein about 85% of the time. I have added the occasional glass of wine.

That's such an amazing change at only 2.5 months out. I'm so happy for you! You look stunning! There are so many times when I've felt as if I am not going to be successful with this surgery and when I see pictures of actual people changing, it helps keep positive and motivational thoughts going in my head.
