  1. Just diarrhea bad depending on what and how much you eat of it. Everyone has different systems so it's a matter of trial and error. Follow your diet from your nutritionist and ask as many questions as you can. Everyone on here is so helpful and ready to listen. Keep me on your list. I just passed my 2year in Jan. I feel great and look amazing, not to sound big headed in that. But I'm turning 55 on Friday and it's wonderful to have my body back. New boobs and a little tummy tuck and that goal bikini is rockin, lol Sent from my SM-N950U using BariatricPal mobile app
  2. Oooooh it keeps you in check for sure. Sent from my SM-N950U using BariatricPal mobile app
  3. You look great. I guess I would be disappointed that I didn't get tree results I was looking for also. I haven't needed any skin removal but I may want a breast job. My thighs are what I'm having a harder time firming up. I lost a lot of muscle on them. Sent from my SM-N950U using BariatricPal mobile app

  7. Holy crap I'm not letting my husband get this surgery done, lol!! Since I've had mine done I've lost 95# and he can't stop staring at me now and he suffers from ED also so sex is already an issue and I couldn't imagine him getting his sex drive back to normal. My sex drive did not come back like other women due to other health issues and I don't think I could handle him to be honest I already feel like I deprive the man. He does want to have this surgery since I've had mine done.
  8. This definitely is not short term. And the food restrictions are not 3 to 6 months. Don't feel bad about having to take antidepressants, if you need them to help get you through this then that's OK. That can be short term. Give yourself time to heal and adjust. You will make it through this hard step. It definitely is a life changer and take a lot of work but you will get it and when you do your going to be so proud of yourself for making it. We are all here for you to make sure you get there. Ask as many question as you like and don't feel that there's any dumb questions. I can relate to the lactose issue. I don't know what it is but it gets me every time. So you just have to try some alternatives. It really does get easier and you'll be feeling great. P. S. Outside Match Inside has got it all wrong. Hang in there and if you want to talk I'm here for you. God Bless You Sent from my SM-N910V using BariatricPal mobile app
  9. It drove me crazy also with all the Dr appointments. But trust me it prepares you for this life changing journey. It's hard as hell and takes a lot to make sure your getting the most out of what your eating. I think it was close to a year before I could eat anything besides protein. This hot dog size pouch (as it's called) fills up fast so get ready to say goodbye to carbs. My 2 year old granddaughter eats more than I do. It's a year an a half since my surgery and I've lost 95# and that feels amazing to say. I'm smaller than I use to be and the fat that never would leave on my thighs has melted away. I finally don't depend on muscle milk and protein bars but it really help to ease my mind that I got 60 grams of protein in. My biggest issue is drinking before eating and after. Getting enough water. It felt like an all day event. Take this time to plan out nutrition and ask as many questions as you like. I love this group because we all have a story to tell and we teach each other as we go through this journey. Before you know it your day will be here. Good luck and we'll be waiting to hear how your doing. Sent from my SM-N910V using BariatricPal mobile app

  12. You go girl!! You look fabulous and sassy for sure. I had a long stall but I was OK with it because I felt like I was melting away and my skin got so loose. It finally is starting to firm up a bit with a lot of work and I think once I get toned I've made my goal, approximately 13# I just came across these wraps that help tone and flush your body so I'm looking forward to them. I took on a 90 day challenge. I've had issues with my bowels since I was young and my meds don't help so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Im planning on posting pics through the process. Keep up the great work. Sent from my SM-N910V using BariatricPal mobile app
  13. Just a quick reply, My husband has done the same thing to me and keeps tell me I'm to thin and I also an not at goal. I went from a right 16/18 to a size 6/7 junior. I've never been able to wear junior because of my thighs which I no longer have. And you look great. Sent from my SM-N910V using the BariatricPal App

  22. You should be able to tell the difference of being full compared to gas. And why do you think you should be sick?? Follow your nutritionists directions and you should be fine. Don't eat until you feel sick. Sent from my SM-N910V using the BariatricPal App
  23. OMG! why were you opened like that vertically? Couldn't they do your hernia laparascopic? I know I won't be having a tummy or thigh tuck after seeing this.
