Citrus Zinger Infuser Water Bottles

Recommended Posts

After surgery it can be difficult to meet your daily Fluid requirements. It affects some people more than others. When I was in the hospital, I couldn't even drink the Water because my taste buds changed and the Water tasted overly chlorinated.

I was looking at a magazine today and came across an interesting invention, and I alway like new inventions. It was called a Citrus Zinger infuser water bottle. It seemed like a neat idea. I wondered if anyone who underwent bariatric surgery ever used this type of product and whether they liked it. Especially if they were having problems getting in their fluids.

Hello James. I do have a Water infuse bottle. Amazon has them and they have good ones. I put lemon in my water or strawberry for flavor. I am also able to tolerate ice cold water than room temperature. Give it a try. ????????

Just be careful because it has a straw. Drinking with a straw tends to introduce air into the tummy.

I'm pre-op and I have an infuser bottle. There is no straw on the one I got. You can put all different things in it to liven up plain Water. I got mine on Amazon. Just search for Water bottles/infusion bottles and you'll find them. I paid $12 for mine!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
