I finally have a date! I feel like I'm being swept off my feet. I keep hearing the date over and over in my ears. I cant believe a year ago, I didn't even know there was such a cure, and here I am about to start living the healthy life I deserve. Its becoming real and I absolutely can not wait. I only know a few people who have gone through this, but I would welcome any comments or support!

I'm February 17th. And I am super excited. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers.

I have my surgery date for January 23, less than 2 weeks away now. Today, I started my pre op liquid diet. It's hard , but I have to keep my focus on why I'm doing this! Good luck to everyone!

I had to have a change to my date....so devastated! My insurance company didn't like the facility I was scheduled at. I now have a 02/13 date.. good luck to everyone.

Mine is Feb 1st, Ive been working so much that I havent had a whole lot of time to sit down and process it. It hit me hard last week and I couldn't sleep because my brain would not shut off due to upcoming surgery. Thank goodness I have an awesome primary doctor who got me in and helped me get some rest. 10 day count down had begun!

I don't have a date but I meet with the Case manger next week so I'm sure I will have surgery by the end of the month I am so excited .

Yes it does, now I just have to get through this last week of work then I will have 4 days to deep clean my house and be able to relax after surgery.

I have a date too !!! February 14th.. I need all the advise and prayers I can get, I beg of you all I have a senior playing basketball. Senior night is March 1st, 2017. I can't miss either of these surgery or her senior night!!! Go Wildcats

Hi all!

I am scheduled for Feb 14th! Super excited and also crazy scared. I am happy that it is on Valentine's Day- I cant think of a better present to get!

I am having Lap band removed and converting to RNY via laparoscopic approach.
