Tea and apple cider (1week post)

Hey y'all ????

Okay so I want a cup of tea but I have nothing Decaf in my pantry yet. Should I drink some still?

Also are there any apple cider fans? What do you all drink that has the same appeal as aple cider that has less sugar

I didn't have any caffeine restriction. You can use Water to dilute the apple cider half and half. However I wouldnt have that once you can easily get fluids down.

I had one caffeine coffee/tea restriction but I drink neither.. So I think one is okay. I couldn't poop for 3 days my dietician told me to add Water the same as apple juice and sip since I told her apple cider makese move on normal occasions..if you dilute it and limit it I guess it is okay..
