Tea and apple cider (1week post)

Hey y'all ????

Okay so I want a cup of tea but I have nothing decaf in my pantry yet. Should I drink some still?

Also are there any apple cider fans? What do you all drink that has the same appeal as aple cider that has less sugar

I didn't have any caffeine restriction. You can use water to dilute the apple cider half and half. However I wouldnt have that once you can easily get fluids down.
