Has anyone tried the baked parm zucchini "fries"?

I used to love fried zucchini with ranch. I thought the parm zucchini fries with a greek yogurt ranch would be a diet friendly way to get similar flavors.

Anyone try the parm fries? How did they come out? Flavor and in apperance/texture.

I haven't tried it... but an alternative would be to use crushed Pork rinds ( I use these in my meatloaf rather then bread crumbs). You could also use cheese crackers, like Whisps. I have used this as a replacement to bread crumbs in stuffed mushrooms.

Whisps are parmasean crisps so you could use those or any parmasean crisp. Whisps are great I got at costco. Of course this is dependent on your stage but an approved veggie with cheese and baked would seem fine.
