I am not aware there is such a thing as a sugar free fruit juice. By definition, fruit has sugar.

If you are looking for something fruity, try Syntrax nectar, ProtiDiet liquid beverage concentrates, GNC Lean shake 25 (orange cream, very, etc) --- all these have Protein.

You can also try Mio drops, crystal light, etc.

If you feel you must drink fruit juice, then try it diluted and choose fresh or no sugar added. It will still have a lot of sugar.

They are not "sugar free" but I drink a lot of the diet Ocean Spray cranberry juice drinks. They have cran lemonade, cran mango, cran cherry, cran pomegranate, and cran pineapple as well as others. They each have 5 calories, 1 gram of sugar, and 2 grams of carbs (plus 100% of your recommended Vitamin C for the day). You'll find them with other bottled juice at your grocery store.

Is there a particular reason you're asking for fruit juices or just because you need some flavor to get your "water" down? Like I struggle drinking plain Water but love Life Waters flavors

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
