    I'm having my surgery November 23rd. I'm doing my liver reduction diet for 2 weeks. Has anyone had to do theirs for 3 days, several people have told me that's all they had to do. I've lost 7 pounds since Wednesday November 9th when I started!

    I would say stick to the diet it made my surgery and recovery easier than the stories I've heard from other bariatric pals.

    Scheduled for my surgery November 21,2016. Excited for this new beginning doing something just for me! At the end of my first week pre-op diet (liquids only). Really doing ok,but missing the chewing sensation a lot, but I haven't cheated not even once! I'm doing this! One week to go and so ready for this new journey.

    I already had my surgery on the 8th of November. I am 4 days post op now. I have not a single regret. All my friends and family say i look great and recovering so well they couldn't even tell i had surgery this past week! Feeling blessed!
