Cellucor C4 - Pre-Workout Energy Pack

Recommended Posts

Does anyone have any experience with Cellular C4 Pre-Workout powder? I am always hesitant to start taking something, especially supplements like this. It contains caffeine (I understand what this does), beta-alaine (helps delay muscle fatigue), creatine nitrate (helps increase muscle strength), and alphaketoglutarate (helps blood flow to the muscles).

I see other folks drinking supplements like this before weight training, but am not sure if there is any science/truth to the benefits claimed by this supplement.

I take it. It's ok, it gives you energy. I suggest Tommy Hand's pre-workout it's way better. No fillers.

Do you notice a difference when you take a pre-workout supplement compared to not taking one?

If you like C4, you're far enough out to use it. My hubby drinks it. I'm a Amino Engery girl. I use Xtend by Scivation for BCAAs as a workout drink when I don't want caffeine.

Try the Cellucor C4 Sport. It is not as strong as the regular C4. It gives me plenty of energy to start with and kicks in later on to keep my workouts going strong. Pre-workouts really helped me to train harder and keep focus. After my work out I also take BCAA's. The combo has really helped me and with the BCAA's the muscle fatigue afterwards and the next day are tolerable.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
