Quest bars are awesome and most of the flavors have only 4 net carbs.

Quest bars are amazing. One word of caution though - don't eat them for all your meals. Not that you would, but some of us (ahem, maybe it was me, maybe it wasn't...) enjoyed the flavor varieties a little too much and decided it would be delightful to eat 5 bars a day for 3 days instead of real food... Bad idea. Lol

Publix, walmart... Those are the only places I've looked for them at so far.

Word of caution try not go by total carbs not net carbs, research online shows net carbs is based on formula from food companies. Much debate about subject on line.

I'm still a fan of the Quest. They now have blueberry muffin I hear is good, and they have a pumpkin for the season. Prefer the chocolate mint as it isn't as sweet as the others.

Do not get Mission1 - OMG! It's like nasty chocolate cardboard! Throwing it away and eating a damn banana! (I'm pre-op).

You can get Quest bars at GNC. They have good sales now and then, a great time to stock up.

I just got this one, not bad at all.

My Nut recommended these during the soft food stage too.

If I were going by total carbs and not net carbs, there is NO way I would be in ketosis. But, I pee on the stick that measures ketones and it is as purple as it can be (160+ present). So, I think there is a lot of good research and science to back up how the net carbs affect your glucose levels differently via sugar alcohols/fiber/etc. it might be controversial, but it seems to work.

I bought some quest cookie dough bars today at bed bath and beyond. They had a huge variety of many brands. Anyway, I ate a half of one bar and it was great tasting and filling. I give it 2 thumbs up along with atkins brand.

Yumm!! @@suzzzzz cookie dough is my favorite flavor! The s'mores & mint chocolate ones are incredible too!
