  8. My surgeon told me that if I get all my Protein in daily and my Vitamins I shouldn't lose my hair, but if I started to notice hair loss to take Biotin, Zinc and Omega 3 everyday. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App
  9. @@elliemac22 He didn't give me a specific number but at the time I was getting 600-700 calories and I added another 300 calories.
  10. I was going through the same thing and my surgeon told me to increase my calories and sure enough, the lbs started falling off. Not getting in enough calories your body is holding on to what it has. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

  16. I was sleeved on June 28th and once I was out of the liquid stage I have been following a low carb diet because it was the easiest sure way I knew I would get my Protein in.   17. I really don't understand how?? My best friend is eight years out from surgery eats anything she wants in moderation doesn't exercise and is still at her goal weight.
