  14. What is the reason behind talking 30 mins to eat? I am 5 weeks post op from DS surgery and sometimes it is really hard to eat slow and draw it out 30 mins. I am full after I eat, and am not over eating. But why do we have to eat so slow if it goes down well? Crystal

  17. Those are the highest Protein goals Ive seen on here. I'm 1 month Post op DS surgery and my goals are 64 oz of Water and 90 grams of protein. And I've lost 31 lbs in 5 weeks. Sounds to me like protein is too high in my opinion Sent from my XT1080 using the BariatricPal App
