  1. I am 7 weeks out and can eat two scrambled eggs without feeling stuffed...really frustrating cuz I want that full feeling. We just have to be that more diligent in weighing our food. I also notice that I sometimes get full on 1 ounce of food depending on the time if day...good luck to all of us!
  2. How do you guys get your water in?? I can't drink 1/2 an hour before meals and I have to wait 1/2 an hour after meals. It takes me so long to eat that sometimes I finish eating breakfast and it's already lunch time. Also if I drink a shake can I drink water right after...Tips please.
