Help!????

How do you guys get your water in?? I can't drink 1/2 an hour before meals and I have to wait 1/2 an hour after meals. It takes me so long to eat that sometimes I finish eating breakfast and it's already lunch time. Also if I drink a shake can I drink water right after...Tips please.

yes you can drink Water after or during trying to get a shake down. and my nut as well says to only give myself 30 min a meal and then stop if i cant finish it. then every 2 hours go back to it if you want. the main goal is Protein and staying hydrated for the first few weeks though. it gets much easier! best of luck
