I feel same. Some days I just wanna hide in my bed. I KNOW its not okay since I got things I need to do, like searching for a new job. When I feel like this I try to do meditation, listen to some nice music, or go for a walk even if its cold outside, since it helps me to feel better. Hello! My surgery is next week 24/8. I found this app the other day and i really want to say to you all big Thank you, for the great advice posted here. Found some great advice i never would have heared about othervice. ( sorry for my poorly english spelling) Im Swedish and doing my OP here in Stockholm.
