You look fantastic. Would you mind sharing your routine, such as typical daily food intake (calories, carbs, etc) and typical exercise routine? I would really appreciate any help you can give me. I am almost one year out and only down about 55 pounds. I've been in a stall for 6 or 7 weeks. did you always drink lots of water? Did you eat a lot of protein? I was trying to read the guidelines you posted from your surgeons but I am not able to read them as they are too small. thanks for any help you can give me
