I'm staying on plan because I am out of the 170's and into the 160's - FINALLY. I don't want to ever see the 170's again!

for the first time since banding in Feb, I went UP in weight this week! ARGHHHHH!!! I know it is temporary, I know it will go down again, but I need to stay on plan and NOT get discouraged (too much!)

My head is on straight (for once) and I will succeed.

I'm staying on plan "the rest of the day" because I just ate at Olive Garden for lunch and that is never good - for you that is, good tasting but not the best for your waistline. I want to hit my goal of 145 by my 2 yr anniversary and I'm so close, but yet so far......

What is on plan actually mean?? I am only 9 days post op and there really has been no talk of a plan other than keeping calories below 1200. Is this what you guys are talking about or is there something else that you are doing (like low carb)??
