Ahh, my friend, "you've been slimed"! :)

You will find as you go what will trigger the "slimers". You are probably right this time--too much sugar.

Other Slimers:

too spicy

Too rich

too sweet

eaten too much

eaten too fast

You will conjure your own "slime list" as you go.

However, give your team a call. They may be able to help you with some wonderful suggestions.

Welcome, friend! :)

I broke down today, meet friends for dinner, I had every intention of a small appetizer, of some Protein. I needed up getting chicken tenders, you know the really good, hand breaded restaurant ones. I ate 2 and dipped them in sauce. Oh, I knew, like a man knows if he hits himself in the head with a hammer, it was a stupid idea. I felt like I was going to explode! My insides felt like I had stuffed huge amounts down my throat. I know it never all made it to my stomach. I relaxed and after 30 minutes sipping Water was supposed to make me feel better, lmao, nope I ended up throwing up the slime. I felt terrible the rest of night, the fullness feeling didn't stop for 4 hours. I learned my lesson, I will not need to learn it again. I will stick to my pain no matter how great things are going and what I think I am ready for. I am joyfully happy, I learned, and I know chicken tenders will never be a craving for me again!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
