Thanks for the kind words. Yes, my weight loss has been very quick.

I've stuck to a very low carb/low sugar diet, and thankfully have not had one stall....knock on wood...

And yes, I exercise a lot...swimming, yoga, bike riding, walking...I've been working very hard.

Thank you! And yes, if you stick to it and put the work into it, surgery will work for you. Never in a million years did I think I'd ever see a 1 in front of my weight again!
