@@MrsSugarbabe - what an incredible picture depicting how we all feel! LOVE it!! Thank you for sharing!

And thank you again to all of you for the wonderful kind and encouraging words! Wouldn't have been able to get to this point with out this amazing community! Yesterday I didn't make great lunch choices (too much grazing - couldn't even begin to track). But had a wise dinner (which is how I know I have adjusted by not waiting until the next day to get back on track). Now if I could just incorporate consistent exercise!

????????????

You do NOT look the same. You look at least 15 years younger than the first photo. When I saw how much you said you weigh now (170), I thought to myself "There's no way she weighs that", because to me, you look like you weigh no more than 140. You look amazing and so beautiful. I'm not just saying this to be nice. You truly look like a thin, pretty woman. Congrats! <3

@@Daisee68 You look awesome, so much hard work! Try pulling out some of your before clothes and putting them on or holding them up to you, you will realize how much you have changed :) Congratulations!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
