Can I increase my protein this way?

Recommended Posts

I personally don't like the Syntrax Nectars. There's a weird aftertaste or it makes the Water have a weird quality to it... I can't handle it.

I think you should just try out different things until you find something that works! I had to try out several different powders before settling on GENEPRO. You can get samples of everything at GNC, and everything is heavily reviewed on Amazon.< /p>

Another thing you can experiment with is mixing powders into different foods. I can mix GENEPRO into yogurt, pudding, even Beans and cheese and it tastes good! You can mix it into Soup, tea, coffee, anything that has cheese in it, or that would taste good if it had milk in it.

I think you can do the same with unjury as well. The thing that I liked more about genepro was that it was slightly more tolerant of warmer temperatures (not too hot though!) and there was more Protein in a smaller serving.

Our lifestyle change is hard, and it's going to take a little bit of experimentation to figure out what works.

@@Kindle, you mentioned Syntrax nectar Protein powders. I have never heard of this but generally ALL Protein powders make me sick. I just can't take the thick and chemically taste. Do you happen to know if Syntrax sells these powders individually? That way I can try it before I invest a lot of money?

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
