It's called ISOTECH 42. One bottle has 42 grams of Protein with 5 grams of carbs.

It's cheaper than Isopure and tastes great. I have tried Grape and fruit Punch. You can get them at Vitamin Shoppe.

What does it use for sweeteners? This is the problem I have. Any artificial sweeteners give me headaches so I need to look for ones with Stevia.

Geez, you would think this was a Protein cult...wait it kind of is ;-)

Thanks for pointing out a new option. @@Kooky1 - did you "like" Isopure before you found this? That might be helpful to those who are thinking of trying this. I liked Isopure, but it's not everyone's favorite.

Sucralose. So definitely a no go for me, too.

Syntrax nectar Naturals use stevia, Monk Fruit and erythritol. (Luckily I can tolerate erythritol) and comes in Peach, orange, fruit punch, strawberries and cream, chocolate and vanilla

I hate Isopure. It's too tart/acidic? for me.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
