Well today has been full of some (not so great) adventures. First, I couldn't get out of bed this morning (just super sleepy) so I ended up sleeping until 11am. Drank about 1.5 ounces of Water before getting in the shower. The combination of no Water in 10 hours + hot shower left me dizzy, nauseated, and shaky. That was TERRIBLE. But I did drink a 16 oz bottle of water in less than an hour afterwards, so my tummy is definitely healing.

Then, I went on some errands with my mom. I brought water with me because of what happened this morning, but nothing else. Realized at 2pm that I'd had no Protein and no calories, so we stopped at a convenience store to see if they had Muscle Milk or something similar. They had Monster Milk, but I didn't want to try it because of the caffeine, so I grabbed a low fat chocolate milk instead. Drank about a third of it and my tummy did NOT like it. It looks like I may be somewhat lactose intolerant after all (I forgot that the milk I drank yesterday was Fairlife, thus lactose-free).

In other news, (sorry for the TMI) - I pooped!

      Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
      Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

      Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
