Depressed I realized the more and more I stress it I have begun to eat all the things I should not be eating. When my stall started its been 3 months now i can't help but to be depressed feeling worthless and not happy with myself. I have dried going back to basics drinking my shakes and just trying to keep positive and motivated and then back to bad choices again once I feel that I am just not getting anywhere I need some serious advice I have looked around the web to get an idea or example of things to try and do ideas of new foods to try I just don't know where to start or where I even left off to begin with I don't know what happened I feel like such a failure!

Ok...90 lbs loss is not failing!!! So you have a set back - it's easy to let old habits sneak back in. Try going back to basics. I also recommend counseling/therapy to deal with emotional eating. I'm doing it pre-op and surprised at how much it seems to be helping. You should be proud of your success so far and don't self sabotage!!! Here's a good article and also a 5 day reset you should try. Stay strong!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
