So here it is....my daughter had this in her room and gave it to me. My highest weight was 297. Pre surgery 267, now 145. I'm 5'8 and it took me a little less than a year. Enjoy! Lol!!! Sorry it's sideways. I'm adding a side by side for comparison.

Oh ok, sorry for all of the questions, but did you have any excess skin?

WOW! Plus WOW!! You look wonderful. I love your honesty about not exercising and the way you have kept things simple. I have no option but that I have to exercise as three dogs tell me to get off my butt and walk with them but won't catch me anywhere near a gym! It also seems to me that your mantra has been JFDI. No nonsense, no faffing, just getting on with the job of losing that spare person you were carrying around with you. I've only (only!!!) lost the weight of about seven average sized new born babies but I'm loving how I feel.

Love the pic of the salmon Wellington - yum.

You look great!! Good job! Hard work pays off!! [emoji122]????[emoji1491][emoji106]????

Holy crap! Amazing! Beautiful!

Amazing and inspiring!

@@ChooChi73 yes I had loose skin. I had a Tummy tuck and breast lift last month. I made a post all about it if you want to check it out.
