Protein powder scoop, packed or unpacked?

no clue. I just scoop and mix. not usually awake enough at that time to ponder these 'weighty' questions.

If all else fails READ THE DIRECTIONS!!! hahaha....So in reading the directions it says, one scoop/27g.......So for the brand I'm using, powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury.....an UNPACKED scoop weighs 27 grams. ...........I know I know, I should have other things to worry about! LOL

Use your food scale. That's what I always did. The serving size should list grams. I always put my blender cup/bottle on the food scale and then weighed the Protein Powder I added to it.

I just scoop, that is why they give you one.

I've never given it much thought.

I just dip the scoop in there and shake it a bit to level it off so I don't spill powder as I'm transferring it to my shaker bottle.
