Feeling light headed

I am 5 days into the pre op liquid diet. Today I am feeling light headed and dizzy. I'm sure it is because of the diet but has anyone else felt this way and found something to help it or how to make it go away?

Could also be dehydration but yes lack of calories early on can cause it. Mine went away for the most part. Oh also if you are on blood pressure meds, you might check your blood pressure and see if you need to adjust your meds. Otherwise probably best to give to Dr a call
