Thought of another one.

We live in a lake town so we spend a lot of the Summer at the Water. We bought kayaks last year, so each of the 4 of us (my husband, kids, and myself) have our own boats. I was SO not graceful getting in and out of that thing! I almost tipped it several times because I didn't have the strength to get my big body out of it correctly. I'm looking forward to being able to go out with my family and not panic that I'm going to get stuck and make a fool of myself. Also - the size of my life jacket is ridiculous. I'd like a "normal" sized one! Being comfortable in a swimsuit is going to be amazing, as well.

Next Summer should be a lot more fun for me :)

That's a good one! I avoid kayaks! I'd also like to be able to ride on the jetski with my boyfriend and not feel like I'm going to take us down. :-).

- Dating again

- Being able to do more sex positions when I start dating again

- Shopping wherever I damn well please

- Getting back into yoga and cycling

- Becoming more social with both new friends and old because I'll no longer be embarrassed to be the largest person there

- Being able to fit into *any* classroom desk, instead of having to arrive to class extra-early to get one of the two bigger desks

- Not knocking things off tables and carts with my butt all the time

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
