Hello everyone! I know I've been MIA for awhile but I haven't really had any updating to do. I'm still managing the same weight. I'm trying not to lose at this point since my PS said not to. What I have been doing is obsessing over my cosmetic surgeries coming up. I'm having a tummy tuck with muscle repair and some breast stuff. Its consumed my entire life for the last month and now it's almost here. I'm not going to lie I'm terrified and just now starting to get a slight bit excited. Most people seem to be ecstatic about it. I hate the thought of the pain and whole long recovery period. The results are going to be worth it right? I've paid, I'm going. I woke up on the "losers side" last time and now I'm waking up on the "flat" side. If anyone has any before and after TT pictures they would like to share I would appreciate it! The hardest part of all of the research I've done is finding pictures of weight loss patients before and afters. I'm trying to find a belly that looks similar to mine. Ugh! Wish me luck! I need it. :)

@ I'd say they will keep for 5 days, maybe a bit longer. I try not to cook mine all the way through since I have to heat them in the microwave and I don't want them to get rubbery.

That is such a good idea to get everything all portioned out! I'm going to start doing that!

What do you have in the peppers?

And we make those egg muffins all the time too...they are yummy!!

@@rydersmama I put grass feed beef ( regular beef or lean meat is fine) onions, corn, black beans, some rotel tomatoes, array of seasonings (whatever you like) bake them for 30 mins, sprinkle on some cheese and done!

Great job! I'm really trying to work on preparing my food for the week. I just run out of dinner ideas and resort to my chicken and tuna salads. Thank you for the egg idea in the muffin pan!!

Myself and a few of the other girls have a hay day on FB together posting outfits ect... If you're not creepy and want to be FB friends you can inbox me for my info. We don't talk about our surgeries. We just have fun!
