I was 8 months on 12-20. I've lost 93. I wanted so bad to hit 100 before the end of this year. But I don't see that happening. My nutritionist told me to cut all (down to 0) carbs for 36 hours and it would reboot. I am going to do a 5 day kick start after the 1st. 2 days liquid, 2 days soft, and 1 day normal. Graduation day for the second time! 93 pound difference, 7 months post op.

5 days until I'm 6 months postop. 84 pounds down. Been on a stall for nearly a month. However I can not complain too much!
