    congrats on the loss. I loved being able to get rid of those big sized clothes. kept on outfit so that when I feel down I get it out and realize just how far I have come.

I remember during my first month I was down about everything. Especially watching TV. I had no explanation for it but was so depressed. I'd break into tears when someone would ask how I'm feeling. Keep your head up I promise it gets better. Everyone told me that and I swore it was just something they'd say to try and make me feel better. I promise, it really does get better.

Oh wow! What a feeling you must have!! You have done great thus far. I was sleeved on 3/21/2016. I'm down 105 pounds. I have about 70 before I reach my goal weight. Congratulations!!!!
