  17. Update I'm 10 weeks out from surgery and have lost 44 lbs since starting my two week Pre-op diet. So happy !! I haven't had a stall yet, hoping the weight keeps coming off.im eating around 800 Cal per day and 80 grams of protein.

  22. Yes I was more emotional the first few weeks after surgery. I'm 5 weeks out now and that has leveled off now.
  23. What does your plan say? That would be fine with some doctors plans, too little on others and perhaps too much on some (though I can't imagine that honestly). The important part is what YOUR plan says Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App My plan doesn't include calories, just protien goals.
  24. I was wondering how how many calories a day do most people eat after gastric bypass. I'm 4 weeks out and I'm eating 700-850 a day. 70-80 grams of protein. Losing around 2 lbs a week, just want to make sure I'm not eating too much.
  25. I think your doing great, when you can lose 15 lbs per month back to back that's a good thing! Keep your spirits up if you continue to lose at that rate you will be at goal in no time.
