So now that I've been graduated from the mostly liquids/soft foods diets, my bowel movements have been... less than satisfactory? In that when I'm done, it doesn't feel like I'm done. Some days it takes a couple of sittings, if you know what I mean.
I went through one period of constipation, and I'm pretty sure I may have hurt myself relieving that.
I do get my 64 oz of liquids in daily, and 70-80 g of Protein.
I was wondering what kinds of dietary Fiber I could start taking? how much fiber, what brand, etc.
Ideally I don't want to increase my liquid minimum, or dehydrate myself because of the supplements.
What are some side effects from taking fiber?
