Oh very nice yea I should try some of the extracts too but so far cinnamon seems to be doing just fine lol I'm excited to be over this portion of the process although I felt better today more then day 1 and 2 lol so we shall see what happens I'm going to humber river hospital. Why so far for you?

I only have to be on the pre-op diet for 7 days before surgery. I can have 3 Protein shakes a day plus cottage cheese, applesauce, yogurt, sugarfree pudding and cream of wheat

Yes but I hate Protein shakes lol. I keep telling myself I'll only have to drink them for a few weeks pre & post op & it will all be worth it.

I'm on low carb for now and shakes for the final 5 days before surgery. I hope that I am well enough to go to my neighbours 6th birthday party on 9th April, even though I won't be able to eat anything.

3 weeks liquid pre op is tough!

I will probably do 7 days instead of 5 to ensure my liver in perfect condition.

It is actually not as tough as I thought I'm full and energized I'm really not minding it

I just came from the Dr and I'm down 13lbs since monday so crazy!
