Post-op pain and shapeware

1. I am experiencing the absolute worst pain near my large incision. It literally feels like burning fire on my skin. The other incisions are fine and I find the most discomfort around the large one, not directly on it, more around it. I reached out to the PA and was told that it's normal as I just had surgery less than a week ago. I'm just curious if anyone has experienced anything similar.

2. For those of you who went back to work around a week post op, how did you manage to not aggravate your incisions when wearing a bra etc? Are you guys wearing shape wear to help relieve some pressure?

I kept a bandage over the incision near bra, a padded one.

I had the same issue with my top incision. I was worried about it opening back up. After talking with my nurse , I put several butterfly stitches over that incision then a large bandage over that during the day or whenever I had my bra on. When I was home without a bra I left the bandage off. Within 4 days that cleared things up for me.
