Sleeve was 11/17. I'm in the stage 2. I'm doing cream of wheat, yogurt Greek, Protein Drinks. Basic everything I can have. Any more ideas I can have? Already sick of the food?

sugar-free popsicles, Soup that has been pureed until there are no chunks (I really liked Progresso Heart Healthy Reduced Sodium soups), Tomato Soup. Maybe try Googling "stage 2 bariatric diet" for more ideas, and check Pinterest. Stage 2 was the worst for me...I was soooo tired of the same stuff and I was hungry! It gets better...I promise. You're doing great!!

I was sleeved on 10/26 and have lived on shakes and drinks. My favorite is crystal light lemonade and strawberry sorbet powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury. Mix in 12 oz of Water and mix I've afterwards for a strawberry lemonade.

For a power boost, Greek yogurt, chocolate milk and chocolate sorbet Unjury (geez I sound like an unjury salesman by this point). 12 grams for the milk, 14 for the yogurt and 21 for the unjury = 47 grams of Protein just at lunch.

Sorry, didn't proofread before submitting. On the lemonade portion, after I mix it I add ice like a normal drink. Give it a few min to chill and it's excellent.

Applesauce (the no-sugar added kind), hummus, I think scrambled eggs were allowed in my phase 2, pureed chili.

Yanno, being bored with what you're eating is a good thing. I'm at the point where I no longer look forward to eating (except my sugar free popsicles which I have every evening); it's now just something I have to do every day, like taking a shower and getting dressed.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
